SADAA has gone from strength to strength since it was formed, with around 140 Dementia Friends trained and two safe places established in the town.It is now time to think about putting it on a formal footing. We are therefore holding our first AGM at 10.30am on 24th September at Wessex House.We'll precede the business meeting with an open discussion about how we move forward to make Somerton a truly dementia-friendly community, and about how we, as a community, support those living with dementia in the town and surrounding area.
We need input from as many people as possible, individuals, businesses and other organisations, so, if you can, please come along to the meeting. Please download and display the poster alongside to publicise the event, and invite your friends along too.
